Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 12 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@aspen-rise.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may have delivery limitations for P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, delivery availability may depend on the carrier handling your order. If you have any questions before placing an order, please contact us at contact@aspen-rise.com.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at contact@aspen-rise.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution.
